All meetings are held in public and there is an opportunity to raise questions during a Question and Answer session about health services affecting Powys.

Montgomeryshire Local Committee Meeting
These meetings focus on local services within Montgomeryshire and are attended by a Manager for Powys Teaching Health Board who provides an update on the health of local services. Meetings are held every 3 months.
Brecknock & Radnorshire Local Committee Meeting
These meetings focus on local services within Radnorshire and Brecknock and are attended by a Manager for Powys Teaching Health Board who provides an update on the health of local services. Meetings are held every 3 months.
Full Council Meeting
These meetings focus on county-wide services and are attended by representatives from Powys Teaching Health Board and Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust as well as other NHS Providers that offer services to Powys residents. Meetings held every quarter throughout the year.
Services Planning Committee Meeting
The purpose of these meetings is to discuss, at an early stage, the challenges that services are facing and whether a consultation needs to take place in the event of a change to a service. Meetings are held every 2 months.
Executive Committee Meeting
This is the decision making forum for the organisation and it also agrees responses to consultations and any major service changes that may affect Powys residents. Meetings are held every 2 months.
We welcome Welsh speakers at our meetings. I shall be grateful if you would provide the CHC with five working days notice if you wish to attend a meeting and ask questions or make comments during the question and answer session through the medium of Welsh so that arrangements can be made for translation services.
